Coming from a person who has had a few internet boyfriends .. here's my advice:
Go see either of these guys. Talking on AIM or Yahoo is cheap, and it's really easy for me to say "ohhh .. you're cute!". I have plenty of junk in my trunk, so don't take this personally. Why do you think they're afraid to see you? Saying that because they're in the closet is really lame. You don't have to go outside of your/their house to go on a "date". Be creative .. rent a movie and cuddle on the couch or something.
As for how to pick between the 2, well .. that's you call. My suggestion is to make sure you know both of these guys really well before you make a stupid move and sleep with them .. you're going to have to break your heart for one of them if you're interested in a relationship. Although, you'd be surprised how satisfying a close friendship can be.
