90, legally?!
The unposted speed limit for all the freeways is 65, although in some windy areas it can dip down to 55. People generally do 70-80 though. People are in too much of a rush in my opinion. In my city, many of the surface streets are designed like freeways with stoplights. The only problem is people tend to associate eight lane roads with freeway speeds! The speed limit at its highest is 55mph on surface streets, but some people whiz by me at 70mph on a regular street! Insane, if you ask me.
