I was a 100% vegetarian for the past 4 years, untill a couple months ago. started to get weak, protein from vegatables are a differnet structure, i had to go back and start eating meat, to the protein from the meat. my strength has come back. i just eat about 4 to 5 oz once a day, i continue to vegetables as i had. I stay away from sweets and bread, i only drink milk once a day and ice trea for the rest of the day or water, i also eat eggs.
