Default Tragedy - Poem

Hey guys, So i was on this facebook group for the 7 boys who died in Bathurst New Brunswick, Canada. They were on their way home from a basketball tournament, and they were about 10 minutes from home. They were travelling in a 15 passenger van. They collided with a Transfer Truck, and it killed 7 boys and a teacher. This tragedy easily struck everyone within the surrounding provinces, Imagine if this happened to your highschool, all 7 boys were in the graduating class of 2008.

I came across a poem posted on the facebook group. I had to post it:

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
i am the gentle autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I did not die. . .

Sorry for the rather sad thread, but personally I love that poem. Not sure who the author was. Felt that it needed to be appreciated, just as well as the 7 boys in red, who died.
(red was the school team color)
