I don't know what to do

I did'nt think i could face telling my mum that i was gay to her face, so i wrote a letter explaining everything to her and i put it on her bed so that she cud read it. but before she had a chance, i changed my mind and took the letter back.. and my head is spliting trying to come to a desision weather to just give her the letter anyway or if i shud just tell her... i wrote the letter because i did'nt think i could say it to her face but now i don't know want to do anymore. Im also worried what my stepdad will say because hes not the most openmided person

. any suggestions would be appreciated xx

I came out to my parents 3 days ago or so, and it feels like the world has been lifted off of me. I know things can go bad, and they can freak out. But I think that's better then hiding who you are. Just keep in mind some parents are more accepting then others and in the end it's your decisision.

yea i know what u mean....it was hard for me to come out too,,i been hiding my gayness for like 6 years and never told my frineds or family cause i was afright of what they would think cause half my fmaily goses to church and hates gays..so yea i told my mom just 4 monts ago and i feel alot better...u should do it when u feel right..ok sweeetie?

Yea thanks, i know wat you mean... the thing is i don't know if its that they just ignore the fact that i'm a bit camp, that i've never had a girlfriend, i don't have posters of women anywere, all the little things that are pretty plain and simple that say im gay or if they already know.... its just the way of telling them that im not sure wat to do, i am going to tell them.. wen i think of the best way to do it xx

I've told them!
I gave them the letter and i was soo scared before they came in, and when they did they just said that it was fine and that it didn't bother them, and it made me feel alot better. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice it helped xx
