Mouse Or Touchpad

For those with laptops, do you prefer the mouse or touchpad?

Touchpad is fine unless I'm doing something weird (CAD, graphics, certain things in like .. excel, etc)

I like a trackpoint, its just what i'm used to. Mouse always better than both though, except when you can't carry tit with you.

I guess touchpad. I can get so much more done, so much faster with a mouse though.

oh no i have to have a mouse or the cursor just goes everywhere and it takes me hours to click on the start button

I keep a mouse plugged in to mine when I'm sitting at a desk, but when I have it on my lap like when I'm sitting on a sofa, I obviously use the touch pad.

I like Touch Pad for every day use like going on the internet....
but if I'm designing Graphics .... Or websites Like I Normally Am
I like To use an Optical Mouse...

For a laptop... touchpad. I remember back awhile ago, there used to be a little snub in the middle of the keyboard on laptops to move the cursor and you can tap it to click it. I liked those the most.

Whenever I put my laptop on my lap or in some weird position I just use the touchpad. Otherwise I just use a mouse.

touchpads are fine for me, i perfer mouse though

but give me the touchpad on the new macbook air,, and ill be in heaven
