Is it just me or is the perfect gay guy the most gorgeous most fitted person... i dont even get it :/ it's ridiculous that there are so many stereotypes out there... im sayin this cuz its annoyin how guys [say like me can't even get a bf just cuz of how i look]... my girlfriends are also confused.. i guess i have the "perfect" personality but not the looks to back it up... im always puttin ppl before me.. im always happy.. i love making ppl smile... i love just being around people and makin them feel comfortable.. im good at giving out advise about relationships and i havent been wrong yet... but seems like i can't even get a relationship of my own... im an easy going guy... i try to understand every situation thats thrown at me.... i just hate that my looks effect how ppl judge me and wont even give me a chance to get to know me...

does any1 out there feel the same way but maybe in a different situation?... can any1 help me out?... im open to any opinions u have!

i wish the world was blind, cause looks are the worst.

they ruin relationships too often, plus they can really hurt ppl. for example, little girls being anorexic because they wanna be skinny.

or people killing themselves over being 'ugly'

maybe thats where they got the terms 'looks can kill'?

i kno exactly what u mean!!!! its just crazy how many ppl are hurt from this.. and that is so true about ppl killin themselves just cuz they think their ugly... i hate that "gorgeous" ppl hafta make everyone else feel bad just so they feel better about themselves! its completly immature and pointless!

EXACTLY! lol =) yea sumtimes i mean to ppl just so i can feel better but in reality i feel worse cuz im hella kind hearted and im just like omg u ok? im such a dick im sorry! u kno? but yea man glad u can relate to this type of shit cuz its completly idiotic and watch those ppl who are gorgeous or whatever are gonna get hurt cuz i believe in karma nd its gonna bite them in the ass!

Personally I don't believe blindness is the answer. I believe as humans we'd simply use another one of our 4 senses to depict what we'd find hot. We'd all become more tone-wary, saying that wow.. he has a hot voice, and so-on. Or perhaps through touch (which is a big part, of course sex and kissing.. yadda yadda - but how many people actually focus the way someone's skin feels - or hair.. the different textures.) .. yes thats kinda creepy, but even so.

I don't believe being blind solves the problems, it eliminates one of the variables which we need. We should just have to learn how to use our other senses to choose an ideal partner.. or to rate that "hotness" you guys mentioned.

I know exactly where you're coming from. I mean, yea, looks are great, but when it comes down to it, most "hot" guys are wat u said- selfish and self-centered and could care less about someone's feelings cuz they think that they can get anyone they want so they just move on, leaving the other person feeling insecure, depressed, etc.
Again, I like guys who look good but when one takes advantage of his looks and makes other people feel insecure and stuff about their looks, then he can fuck off cuz that really pisses me off.

We're all human, so why would someone do that to somebody else? Frankly speaking, those people who do do that just disturb and disgust me and I want nothing to do with any of them.

NYCxPerks... ur absolutely right.. there is someone there for everyone... thats completly true.. and yea i've found out these guys who i thought would never give me the time of day, are actually tlkin and flirting wit me... of course they only want sex [i kno this cuz their trying to come ova and tellin me they want me sexually] and im just not up for that... i dont wanna do that right now.. some ppl may think im crazy but whateva u kno? u can think im crazy but sex isn't everything...

but anyways yea i do need to stop being so hard on myself... :/ one of many flaws.. but im only human
