If he's close enough of a friend, I would come out to him. Tell him you're gay. Don't tell him you want to go out with him or anything, just check his reaction your your "outtage."

I don't want to seem rude, but your friend seems like the kind that just likes to joke around with the subject. I have a friend like that and he's straight... he does talk about girls a lot. Those things that you mentioned didn't seem like your friend is gay... once again he could be the type that likes to fool around.

my straight friends do that all the time... well, except for the dressing like a girl...

All around, to me, he seems pretty gay.
However, he also seems very young =/

I know you said hes as old as you,
but he looks younger than 13 to me.

Anyways, the only way youll know is if you ask him,
or slightly put some subtle moves on him and study his reaction.
