Default how can i get a 6-pack as fast as possible..help

how can i work out and start getting a 6-pack..and how fast can i get them...and what workouts work..please help me

all i can say is eat better and exercise. it takes a while and it's not gonna happen over night. running and other aerobic exercises help you burn fat and crunches help build muscle.

thanks so much.....i wantingto lose 10 pounds too and built alot of muscle for the guys..hehe

thansk so much....i been doing cruches and sit-ups and more..and plus i have dance class at school where we have to work out alot

Muscle is heavier than fat.

Generally you have to choose one or the other.

Lose weight or get muscles?

weight in itself doesn't really signify anything. BMI (body mass index) is a better indicator of a person's fitness level. since muscle weighs more than fat, a person that looks "smaller" than another can still weigh more.
