That's the Greek alphabet. The Cyrillic alphabet has derivatives from it however.

the russian alphabet derives partially from greek though, right? I was gonna learn russian, but I have to focus on spanish, french, latin and irish atm. I'm a L-I-T-T-L-E overboard
