Very good point. Yeah, it's bad for you. But the occasional one really won't hurt you. There's so much hype over the effects of smoking, but in actual fact, nobody gives a shit if you sit on your arse all day, having no excersize, watching the adverts about you smoking.

as if you can give up, so much more willpower than me

need the fags to get through the day,
if i dont have my cigarettes i and a moody emotional wreck,

i dont have like too many, about a ten pack over 3 days, but still, i need them otherwise stress gets on top of me

if you find you HAVE to HAVE a cigarette or that you get moody, i would say thats a sign that you are addicted ... I would try to cut back now before you really have a hard time quitting (i know its easier said than done)

well still its not the best time to put my body through withdrawl, exams, need that nicotine otherwise i shall not do well

but i once tried like stopping altogether, then i hooked up with the guy that smoked and of corse i started again.

i guess ill stop when i start the summer spa season again
