I quit smoking.

Started quitting monday morning.

Now apparently, my heart rate and metabolism has stabelised, catar is building up in my throat, ready to come out, and my body has already started to heal itself.

That's all I got out of the woman from 0800 002200, she seemed to want to talk about fashion more than she did my addiction.

Don't congratulate me, i'm a stupid cunt for starting.

i've never smoke cigarettes, but i'm trying to quit pot right now. i have cut back, but its hard cos my friends are used to me smoking a lot and they give me shit for trying to quit. i should see if theres a helpline for pot smokers trying to quit.

I've given up a few times, but then taken up again. I LOVE that feeling when your body feels fresh & not smelling smoke in your hair when you shower.

Yea, I've smoked about 3 cigarettes my whole life and decided it was stupid and haven't smoked one for years now. Many of my friends have tried to get me to smoke one but I just said to fuck off and that I wouldn't- they eventually just gave up lol

i only smoke 3 cigarettes a day, i dont think that many will hurt you, i cant afford to smoke any more than that anyway

well my grandad smoked a pack a day for 50 years & he didn't have any problems, so thats why I don't think 3 a day is too bad for me. There are people who never smoke that get lung cancer, you have to be predisposed to certain illnesses for cigarettes to be really bad for you. whenever i hear an adult say 'smoking just one cigarette will give you cancer', i roll my eyes and think 'yahh right, and jacking off will make me go blind'. but i'm not a doctor, so i don't really know what the heck i'm talking about.
