A sad night
Hillary unofficially lost the Democratic nomination tonight. She pretty much got me wanting to be involved in politics so I'm sad that such a great leader isn't going to be our next President.
I suppose there's always 2012. I'll actually be able to vote then... So who was your original candidate that you wanted for President and who do you want now? My original was Hillary and now mine is McCain. Not because I necessarily because I am so in-line with Republican beliefs but I am afraid Obama is going to screw up some of my core goals by the way he goes about them.

I was hoping Hillary would win too, just cos she has more experience & I really like her. I am going to go for Barack now, it would be a disaster if the Republicans won another 4 years. The only thing about Barack that scares me is he does seem to be connected to a lot of whacko religious people like Reverend Wright & Pfleger. I hope they don't pt pressure on Barack when he becomes President to take away equal rights from gays.

Even though I'm in England and it has nothing to do with me, I still want to be involved in this.
