Oh wow.. you're studying Japanese in university? That's cool. I only took Japanese for like 3 months so that why I'm still such a n00b at it lol. I want to take Japanese in university, actually my plan is to take it in the summer

I meant 私は英語しか話しません。

Either Japanese and Mandarin or Japanese and German and Mandarin or Japanese and linguistics...I haven't decided yet...
And I'm 17 on thursday

and you're way better than I was after taking it for 3 months

Hero language and hero country respectively...
The kanji for hero is quite pretty really

But I'm still a n00b lol I was thinking either you are taking Japanese or you want to take Japanese lol Silly Japanese not having future tense

Yeah I'm old, I'm 21 *hides* I would never take Mandarin... it just seems too hard (speaking wise). Japanese is easy for me to pronounce, it just sounds so much like Filipino (my mother tongue).

lol...I suppose it kinda does have a future tense...if you consider the usual masu form the future, 'cause the -te iru/ -te imasu form is kinda the present...Like "I am eating" is watashi wa (Whatever) o tabeteimasu...and stuff

And I've never properly heard Filipino...
I'm stuck with boring English...
And boring England...

Well Filipino has almost the same sounds.

Also, you know how English word order is Subject Verb Object

and Japanese is Subject Object Verb

Well, Filipino is Verb Subject Object o_O Yeah I confuse Japanese with another language sometimes

In german you can mess around with the word order sometimes...it gets quite confusing

Taking Mandarin next year. I took it when I was a little kid in the Philippines but I've forgotten it all.

Took French last year but it wasn't for me.

I am fluent in English and can kinda speak Tagalog.
