That made me laugh.

Coke and Heroin both have instant addiction for many people. They find the feeling so fantastic that they HAVE to have it again. This is the mental addiction, which soon after turns into a phyical addiction, which excentuates the mental addiction, and so on. A vicious fucking circle.

Seth is right. These hard drugs are circles... And you simply can't come out of them.

I never smoked or will smoke anything: cigarattes, pot, marijuana... Anything, nor will I use drugs. Alcohol is better. Use it.

i'm straight-edge, so you know my answer about the whole thing...

the lifestyle never appealed to me... i have seen too many people destroyed because of drug and alcohol, and families ruined because of them (mine included).

and smoking is just disgusting. and i'm allergic to tobacco.

it's all very unattractive.

it is abstaining from controlled substances (drugs, alcohol, and tobacco)

some people even go as far as to say it is abstaining from sex and cussing, but that really isn't true, because the first sXe kids were "straight edge punks not Christian fucks" (a quote from a song by a straight edge band)

others even say it involves being vegan/vegetarian (i am vegan, but it's not because i'm sXe. they really don't have anything to do with each other.)

i wasn't surprised you didn't know what it was, it's more of a West Coast thing.
