So I remember people mentioning "Channel-4 UK".. just wondering if anyone from there has seen the show skins? It is said to be Channel 4's way of bringing more British Television shows on TV. The show does contain some explicit content though, I believe its rated 18, there is a bit of nudity in the show, male and female :\

A friend of mine mentioned it, and I downloaded a few episodes, and my god its genius ! I don't think any other TV show has actually made me really connect with their characters like that. I think that because they don't come off as "Stunningly beautiful models" adds a really nice sense of reality to it.

I'd recommend it to everyone. Plus there is a gay character, and he is kinda cute : ) Actually, the guys in the show seem to be really fit, not the best eye-candy in the world but I think thats what they were aiming for.

I have seen it. I really liked it and have been waiting for the second series ever since the first one finished.

And the gay character Maxxie is rather cute

uh yeah.. he's like my favorite character because of it, Cute & Gay

I just watched the 1st three episodes on YouTube and they have been really great! My favorite character so far is Cassie and I don't like Tony very much- he's kinda an a**

Lol i'd hate tony too, but he looks identical to a guy in my math class. So i kinda like him, but yeah, Cassie is so awesome : )

Holy crap, Episode 6 was between maxxie and his best friend. And his best friend "Anwar" came to terms with Maxxie (the gay guy) that because he is muslim conflicts with Maxxie being gay. It just felt so realistic and could probably be every gay guys worse fear. I had to stop it halfway through the episode cause people came over to for christmas gifts, then I had to go visiting family, but i couldn't stop thinking about this episode !

You can find all the episodes and stream them from "www.sidereel.com" or you can find it on isohunt.com in torrent form. I can't wait till you can purchase the first season on DVD here.

Yes, that was prolly my fav or one of my fav episodes! btw, you can also find all 9 episodes (except episode 4) on YouTube!

I just finished the first season- it's brilliant! The ending was totally unexpected and almost weird too. Love this show so much and I can't wait for January when Season [Series] 2 airs!

btw, thank you so much for the recommendation on this show! I love it a lot and it's now one of my favorite TV shows!

Ahaha ugh, I still feel no like, feeling for Tony at all. At first i loved how much of a jackass he was, then it was like.. after he did that to Maxxie when Maxxie was drunk... oh my god i wanted to just.. punch Tony out.. and give Maxxie another hug. But i thought it was amazing when Maxxie said

"I guess we just found something you aren't good at tony"

I was like "ouch... burn... scorch.. pow! In your face!"
