So for those that enjoy soccer? What position do you enjoy best?

Speaking as an ignornant American, I could never get into soccer. To me, it seems really confusing, but I reckon it is a good sport with everyone else in the world liking it. I guess it is weird how the USA is probably the only country in the world that really doesn't care for soccer. However, we Americans have been alone in too many other things lately, unfortunately.

Personally after playing for 10 years, Defense is probably my favorite position. I am a sprinter and enjoy being able to quickly get back in case there is trouble ; ). Also i enjoy helping out the goalie in time of need, its very comforting.

Also I would enjoy Mid-field, solely because there is so much running involved, however my aim on net sucks a lot. :\

I don't play anymore though, I quit when I was 14-15.. but the game is still very important to me, I doubt there are very few people where I live that have seen many more games then I have. I am a reff with the most games reffed in my province this year. And i have reffed for the past 6 years : ), needless to say I enjoy it much more.

I've played for 10 years and have experienced every position, my favorite has to be defense.
