Dancemat
This is my ONLY way to get excersize, but i'm not bad at it.
I can do most 8 feet levels on Dancing Stage games. I'm that prick that spends 50 quid at Blackpool arcade just so people can watch me dance, when I could easily dance for free at home. If you don't have a dancemat, I seriously suggest you get one. They get you well good legs, are actually fun to play, and don't involve trekking down to the gym every day.

hehe, ive spent hours at the acrade on dance dance revolution,, but i never did buy one for home
i might get one for my wii if they ever come out with it

Don't know if they will. Would be good uif they could make one where you just stand on your floor or something.
Dancing Stage Euromix has to be the best arcade game of all time.

they came out with some "wii fit" thing here in america, it looks mighty lame

I love to dance! Dancing is the best thing im good at and im aming to be a Cheoreagrapher or something. There are so many ways to dance I love dancing
from hip-hop to square dancing to rock ect.  |
