Well if a size two is fat then i guess I'm a lard ass.
I'm a size five, or a 30, 32 in mens. Oh well. I love my ass though. Anyways to keep in shape I do bunches of dryland parctices for diving which involve a daily hour of: crunches, push ups, squat jumps, lunges, etc. Then i go diving for a bout two hours. I also run. Josh |

i have a nationwide membership to snap fitness (only the best gym in america).. its also 24/7, so every day when i get off work i go work out for an hour or so.. i just started so no results yet,, but im getting there

fast metabolism and actually putting in effort during PE. actually doing what they say has brought about significantly better results than when i just sit around and count pe as a free period!

you probably couldn't imagine the rigorous physical activity i put myself through day by day. i do at least 18 hours per week of conditioning, strength training, running, resistance training, aerobics, weight lifting, etc. etc. i may sound crazy but it's true what i'm saying. it is essential to me to keep my body in top shape.
