So what do you do to keep yourself fit?
![]() I wrote this in my intro. I have a good training plan weekly but any way, this is how i like to keep my self 'buff'(in my eyes) monday athletics training, and then on thrusday circuit training. Every day i cycle to and from school, and also do my paper round on my bike oh and i go and play footy every saturday, and i do some weight lifting every night. ![]() ^^hehe |

Impeach by Bush: lol
I usually do daily weightlifting and I have P.E. at school. I don't really need it though since I have high metabolism and I'm only 127 pounds at 6'1 in height. Weightlifting doesn't really work for me since I don't really gain any muscles from it. |

Well in the summer i swim and walk like 2 or 3 miles a day. I lift weights every few days and stuff but in the winter i don't do shit except the weights. lol. But i have a good metabolism so i don't get fat!

I go to the gym four days a week.
I run between 2 and 4 miles on the track or treadmill and work on all the machines. I also take yoga, pilates, a 30 minute ab workout class, and cardio kickboxing. I used to be a little heavy but thats quickly changing into muscle now ![]() |
