yes it does...
but usually only the first time or so. you get past it... but truth is if your going to do that, dont get right in to it, let it marinade for a second or two, cause its one of those things you really do have to get used to, and if you do that, it wont hurt as much and you will enjoy your first time or so more. but size will count, ill tell you that... and it wont always matter how many times you have experienced it....
