Generaly speaking, The longer it takes the better it will feel. For me anyways.
and I guess warm water relaxes you more and make it feel better. :]

I would imagine it takes longer because of the humidity. Your body has to work extra hard.

I like doing it in the shower, but since it does take longer I found i don't have enough time in the shower. (I shower in the morning and never get up on time)
