There are a lot of possible reasons on why he didn't cum. I would say it was because he simply wasn't aroused enough. Maybe you should try something different with him, different people like different things.

there are some things that you can't explain... and in truth this would be a personal matter. i dont think any of us can tell you... everyone is different, and every situation is as well... but at that moment it just say it wasnt ready to go...

but all i can say is that some people cant or is hard for them cum from a BJ
