i know the consent law for heterosexual sex in alabama is 18

does homosexual sex apply to that law?, and if it does, is the age the same?

and whats the law where you are?

ummm..18 years old is the law.and i guess it applies to homosexuals too.

In Ireland everything just changed last year. Boys could at 16 and girls at 18, now both are at 17. Gay sex is now LEGAL for the first time at 18....

It's 16 here.
For straight and gay..it used to be 16 for straight sex and 18 for gay sex but then everyone protested lots.

It's 16 in Ohio, they don't mention the type of sex or who it's with, just as long as whoever it is is at least 16... or maybe it's 17... oh well. Doesn't really matter to me at this point, 17 year old virgin so I guess I'm fine regardless. lol

in north dakota you have to be the same age as the person 16 and up
